MANDATORY REGISTRATION

Students studying at our Partner Centre(s) must obtain SIRM Education registration in order to obtain PgD award and progression to Master degree upon course completion. If you have already started your PgD course at our Partner Centre and not yet obtain SIRM Education Registration, please ask your study centre as soon as possible.

Unregistered students will not be able to obtain PgD award. 
 
REGISTRATION PROCESS
---
Students cannot apply for SIRM education registration directly and all applications will be dealt through the approved study centre. To find out your study centre’s approval, please check our “Directory of Partner Colleges” at http://sirm-education.ac/Partner_Colleges.html. If you do not find your study centre in the list given in the Directory, please contact your study centre’s administration.

List of required documents to obtain SIRM Education registration is given below;

A.      Filled and Signed SIRM Registration Form (http://sirm-education.ac/UserFiles/SRAF_110309.pdf)
B.      Copies of all Educational Documents
C.      Copy of Valid Passport and Student Visa
D.      Registration Fee
E.       Work Exp (if applicable)

Registration process take 5-7 working days from the application submission date to issue and release the student registration letter. Students shall provide the above mentioned document to their study centre to be able to obtain SIRM Education registration.

ONLINE REGISTRATION VERIFICATION
---
Students are advised to check your details on our website as soon as you receive your SIRM registration from your study centre. For verification, please log on to http://sirm-education.ac/reg_verification.php and enter your SIRM Education reference number given on the Top-Left-Hand-Corner of the registration letter. In case if you are unable to verify your registration online, please contact your study centre.
 
COMPLAINTS

Students can lodge complaint to SIRM against their study centre, under the following circumstances;

A.      Inappropriate teaching provisions
B.      Incomplete information about the program
C.      Inappropriate quality assurance procedures
D.      Inappropriate lecturer(s)
E.       Inappropriate procedures for examinations, assessments and exam boards
F.       Anything you find inappropriate and wish to complain

Once you are prepared to lodge a complaint, please download “Student Complaint Form” from http://sirm-education.ac/UserFiles/Student_Complaint_Form.pdf and lodge the complaint according the instructions given on the form.
